Technology

Originally installed primarily in remote locations with limited power access, the system was engineered for 24/7 high-reliability operation.

The main component, holding a valid patent number, is called the Demineralizer. It is a chamber which has water entering it at pressures of 100 to 125 psi, and has oxygen and ozone pumped into the chamber. The water is forced through a series of specially designed orifices, creating millions of bubbles that explode, creating radicals and breaking down molecules due to the radicals, oxygen and ozone, to their base components. The molecules are either oxidized to exit as a precipitate, or become a gas. Any harmful gasses are filtered before being released.

The treatment system consists of four main sections:

  • Pretreatment: Self-cleaning filtration removes solids larger than 5 microns.
  • Oxygen/Ozone Generation: Atmospheric air is processed to deliver concentrated oxygen and ozone.
  • Demineralization: Water passes through precision orifices into an oxygen/ozone-rich chamber, where oxidation and chemical reactions occur.

Filtration: Ultrafiltration removes over 95% of contaminants, killing parasites, bacteria, pathogens, and viruses.

The main system components require little, if any, maintenance over extended periods of time and may be virtually monitored. This provides a more economical and effective treatment of polluted waters compared to competitors in this market.
